Welcome to Sage Studio. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Sage Studio provides website design and development, graphic design, branding, UI/UX, website maintenance, and other related digital services.

2. Project Engagement

All projects are governed by an approved proposal, quotation, or invoice. The proposal forms part of the agreement between Sage Studio and the Client.

3. Payments

• A 50% advance payment is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The remaining balance is payable as per the agreed milestones or before project delivery.

• GST will be charged as applicable under Indian law.

• Delayed payments may result in work being paused until outstanding dues are cleared.

4. Refund Policy

Payments made towards design, development, consulting, and related services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Revisions

The number of revisions depends on the agreed project scope. Requests beyond the approved scope may attract additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing content, images, approvals, credentials, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays from the Client will automatically extend project timelines.

7. Project Inactivity

If no response is received:

• After 7 days – Reminder issued.

• After 14 days – Project paused.

• After 30 days – Project archived.

Archived projects may require a Project Reactivation Fee before work resumes.

8. Development Hosting

Complimentary development hosting is provided until project launch or for a maximum of 30 days, whichever occurs first. Continued hosting beyond this period will be billed according to the applicable hosting plan.

9. Ownership

Ownership of project files, designs, source code, and deliverables transfers to the Client only after full payment of all outstanding invoices.

10. Third-Party Services

Any premium plugins, themes, fonts, APIs, stock images, licenses, or external subscriptions are the Client’s responsibility unless explicitly included in the proposal.

11. Warranty & Support

A 15-day post-launch bug warranty is provided unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers defects in the delivered work and excludes new features, enhancements, or changes requested after project completion.

12. Portfolio Rights

Sage Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, and social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

Sage Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the applicable project.
